Responsibilities

• Providing an unforgettable positive experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Ensuring table and patio cleanliness at all times

• Line & capacity management

• Set-up & Take-down of patio furniture, patio games and other activations

• Assist in bar-backing duties

• Must be able to lift 25lbs and can work standing in an outdoor environment for entirety of shift

• Previous restaurant experience (Recommended)

• Smart Choices certification (Recommended)

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a clean and organized bar, stock supplies including 19L kegs

• Knowledgeably discuss and recommend craft beer, wine, and cocktails

• Set-up & Take-down of patio furniture, patio games and other activations

• Cash handling & POS transactions

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Must be able to work standing in an outdoor environment for entirety of shift 

Requirements

• Smart Choices certified

• 1-year experience as a Bartender/Server

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player who supports teammates and business

• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment to all guests and staff members alike

• Expected to be able to host, bar-back and bartend on any given shift

• Supervision of staff members and quality of product being served

• Ensuring daily tasks are met and a consistent clean environment held up to healthy and safety regulations

• Maintaining inventory counts

• Set-up & Take-down of patio furniture, patio games and other activations

• Cash handling, POS transactions and cash reconciliation

• Assist in motivating and training new employees

• Must be able to work standing in an outdoor environment for entirety of shift

Requirments

• Must have Smart Choices, valid in Manitoba

• Must have 3-years experience as a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor

• Excellent communication skills

• Workplace Health & Safety certification considered an asset

Compensation & Job Types

• Job Types: Seasonal Part-Time (10-40 hrs/week)

• Wages: $18 + Tip percentage
